Our Objectives

The objects for which the Company are established are as follows and every sub-clause is to be construed as a substantive clause and is therefore not to be limited or restricted by reference to any other sub-clause or by the name of the company, and no sub-clause nor the object specified therein is to be deemed subsidiary or auxiliary merely to the objects mentioned in the first sub-clause

(a) To carry on the business of an investment and holding company and in particular to invest the moneys of the company in or otherwise to acquire and hold shares, stocks, debentures, debenture stocks, scrip, loans, bonds, obligations, notes, securities and investments issued or guaranteed by any company, corporation, association, body or trust constituted or carrying on business in any part of the world, and in funds or loans or other securities and investments of or issued or guaranteed by any governments, state, or dominion, public body or authority, supreme, municipal, local or otherwise whether at home aboard and to carry on any other trade or business whatsoever which can, in the opinion of the board of directors, be advantageous carried on by the company connection with or as ancillary to any of the above business or the general business of the company.

(b) To carry on the business of providing solutions and services related to web technologies, internet and e-commerce, including to design, develop, maintain, operate, own, establish, install, host, provide, create, facilitate, supply, sale, purchase. license or otherwise deal in internet portals, internet networks, media portals, internet solutions, internet gateways, internet service providers, e-commerce, web-site designing, web based and web enabled services and applications, e-commerce service provider, e-commerce solutions, e-commerce platforms, e-commerce education, e commerce technologies and e-business solutions.

(c) To involve and provide a solutions and services related to digital business innovation and technologies, digital marketing and software and other related digital business industries thru products and services.
